At Oakley Healthcare we pride ourselves on customer care, that’s why we offer service and repairs for all our products. For mobility scooters & powerchairs, we carry a huge range of spare parts, tyres & batteries in stock to ensure you don’t have to be without your scooter or powerchair for long. For recliner chairs, wheelchairs, scooters & stairlifts we offer a piece of mind service package. If you can’t get your product to us we can arrange to come to you.

All our repairs and services offered here at Oakley House are carried out by our in-house, trained engineers. Contact us to arrange your service – our engineers are happy & friendly people!

Yes! We can service all equipment no matter where it was purchased from.

We strive to offer cost-effective service.  However, sometimes a repair/parts can be expensive.  We would always discuss your options if the cost of repair is high.

Yes!  Our in-house, trained engineers  love our workshop & all our servicing and repairs are carried out there.  Next time you are in-store why not say hi to our engineers, they are very friendly!

We realise that our customers rely on their equipment for their independence so we strive to help you when things go wrong.  Please call us to discuss options of replacement equipment whilst yours is being serviced/repaired.

If the product was purchased from ourselves & the fault is covered under the warranty/guarrantee we can sure help.  If the product is still within warranty we would carry out a repair FOC.  However, if we are requested to come to your home, the warranty/guarantee does not cover a call out charge so that would be chargeable.  But please give us a call to discuss if you are experiencing problems.
