All in One Cleansing Cloths that provide a unique one step solution to cleanse, moisturise and protect. The wipes are quick and easy to use, effectively replacing traditional methods associated with continence care such as preparing bowls of soap and water, dry wipes, cleansing foams and barrier creams. Dermatalogically tested, Contiplan is paraben and lanolin free, containing a patented pH neutral formula with natural plant extracts of witch hazel and camomile which is designed to be gentle on skin. The wipes are made from thick high quality spun laced non woven and are available as individual patient packs so as to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Incontinence associated dermatitis (IAD) is an inflammation that occurs when urine and/or faeces comes into contact with the skin. IAD is a complication of incontinence that compromises skin integrity, predisposes to cutaneous infection and increases the risk of pressure ulcers. Prevention of IAD is based on avoiding or minimising exposure to the skin by the application of a skin protectant. Contiplan - All in One Cleansing Cloths contain 10percent barrier cream (4percent dimethicone and 6percent liquid paraffin) to guard against unwanted moisture and provide that crucial barrier to faeces and urine and hence prevent IAD.

The foam neck collar is a simple solution designed to stabilise the neck after trauma (such as whiplash), limiting mobility to help relieve pain and pressure. It is comfortable and durable enough to be used as a night resting collar on a long-term basis, making it ideal for patients with a range of conditions including arthritis, cervical spondylitis, spondylosis, or herniated disc.Manufactured using fully washable, medium density closed cell foam; this neck collar will not collapse with use. The Rotastand SOLO revolutionises sit to stand and pivot transfers. The patented T Bar mechanism in the base (see picture) allows a sit to stand and pivot transfer to be carried out by a single nurse or carer thus reducing the time it takes to carry out the task as well as halving the cost of having two carers/nurses present during the transfer. The nurse/carer does not need to counterbalance the Rota Stand Solo as the client pulls themselves to a standing position. With an epoxy coated steel frame and an easy to clean laminate beech effect table top, this Over Chair Table is the perfect living room companion. Ideal for use with a rise and recline chair as the legs of the table slide neatly around the chair rather than under it, so as not to interfere with the seat in any way. Two of the four castors will lock in place, providing a good balance of ease of movement and stability for the user.
