The Powerchair cape is designed for chairs with electronic joystick controls on the left or right side. The cape covers you and your chair ensuring that you remain warm and dry in all weathers. A clear panel ensures that you can see the chair controls at all time. The brushed cotton lining provides additional warmth. The elasticated hem ensures a snug fit around the base of your chair
