The Alerta MoveAssist 200 is a transfer assist unit which makes transfer functions of all types quick and easy, requiring minimal caregiver assistance. The Alerta MoveAssist promotes user engagement and enhances mobility. Each unit is equipped with a crossbar which users can grasp and pull themself up into a standing position using their own strength. The padded split seats swing out allowing the user to stand up and board the unit. The caregiver then flips the split seats back into place to form a secure and comfortable seat for the user to sit on for the remainder of the transfer. A user who qualifies to use the Alerta MoveAssist must have enough leg and lower body strength to stand up and remain in the standing/sitting position. Adequate arm strength is required if the user must use the crossbar. Users who satisfy these criteria and have difficulty walking or present a potential for falling down will find the Alerta MoveAssist a useful and safe transfer device. For users who lack these requirements, a stand aid hoist is recommended.

Alerta Slide Sheets boast superior slide performance properties and are designed to facilitate nurses and carers with safe assisted repositioning and transfer of patients on a support surface. Alerta Slide Sheets are tubular, reusable, and available in 5 convenient sizes. They are manufactured from a very strong highly durable quality fabric which creates an extremely low friction surface providing superior sliding performance during patient repositioning and transfers whilst protecting against skin sheer. Alerta Slide Sheets are not intended for use to lift patients. Soft padded handling belts available with or without a non-slip inner lining to help prevent the belt sliding upwards during a transfer (sit to stand or assisted walking). The deluxe belts also benefit from a series of vertical and lateral handholds allowing a more comfortable grip for the nurse or carer.

The Rota Stand Patient Turner has been specifically designed and developed to allow the user a safe and secure assisted transfer from one seated position to another. The frame, shin pad, and turntable combine to give optimum safety to both the carer and the user during the transfer. The frame is height adjustable to suit all and has a foot pedal break to secure the turntable. The central wheels allow the Rota Stand to be rolled up to the user even after their feet have been positioned upon it.
